I give up! In my efforts to portray the life of Lazarus House, I really try to be careful to reflect accurate numbers. A mere three weeks ago I reported our number of children served was a whopping 44% over one year ago. Today, that percentage increase over children served in October 2010 is a staggering increase of 94%.

A $13,750 flooring grant from the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley has provided a "solid foundation" to guests, clients and staff at Lazarus House, a community shelter serving persons connected to mid-Kane County who are homeless or on the brink of homelessness.
